Membership Term and Exceptions
UGA Memberships are valid for a period of one year, starting on Nov. 1st and ending on October 31st of the following calendar year. This period defines the standard membership term, with two additional qualifications:
- an expiration grace period extends membership benefits by 3 months following October 31st, to allow a member to renew their membership without interruption to their benefits
- a rollover date of May 1st ensures anyone who renews their membership after that date is automatically credited for the following year too. (For example, someone renewing on June 15th, 2022 would also get credit for the current term and also the full November 1, 2022-October 31, 2023 term as well.)
